So here's the deal, this guy and I have been off and on for years.
We've never taking it to the next level, but both are very interested too I assume. We recently had a text convo, and things got a bit naughty... but when I tried to slow things down a bit (he asked for a visual, I politely refused) he got pissy and end the convo.
Maybe its me, but how could someone be that sensitive??? Is this a guy thing?

He should respect your desicion. I wouldn't get involved with him. He's a jerk. End of story.

Contrary to popular belief, guys are just as sensitive as girls however they're sensitive about different things. A guy takes a woman not wanting to have sex or have any kind of sexual interaction with him as severe rejection. That's why he got so pissy. He probably felt like you were leading him on. Some would say that you were but I believe that many guys feel led on because they don't know how to distinguish between keeping it strictly flirtatious and going to the next sexual level. I think there is nothing wrong with flirting but if this guy gets pissed because you won't do certain things to take it beyond flirting, then you need to stop flirting with him. Soooo, flirting is all in good fun as long as you are doing it with someone who thinks the way you do. Good luck.

He is impatient like most guys. Most guys are more visually stimulated that is why the visual was so important to him. Some guys can't get aroused with a text convo like women can. You refused a visual, so what. He needs to learn to control himself and be patient. He should be grateful he even got a text convo. Maybe you should threaten that you will have a convo with someone else just to make him stop and think about what he has, this might be a great way to munipulate him and get what you want.

Guys like him are only interested in a physical relationship. Sounds to me like if you two took it to the next level he will try and pressure and rush you into something your not ready for. If I were you I would stay away from people like him because as soon as you say no he will leave you to find someone that say yes. Don't get involved with him you deserve better. And no It's not you it is him. No its not a guy thing, just a insensitive trait.Also he is like that because he doesn't care about your feelings only his own. Sorry to be straightforward but you need o know so you don't get hurt.

Flirting is fun because it is fake..what happens when you actually get the person who was flirting with you...do they do the same flirting action in the relationship???? NOT!!! Flirting is like the bear trap with huge meats to get the bear to eat the food and then...SNAP! The poor bear gets his/her leg caught in a trap that they cannot get out of...they bleed to death and the become human carpet.
