No it is not. Especially if you don't have it often.

Most canned soups have a high salt content. Once in a while is okay but consistently consuming too much salt can lead to high blood pressure.

Canned soups are high in salt. If you can't have a lot of salt in your diet because of say water retention or high blood pressure, then you shouldn't really eat it. But if you don't have any health problems yet then sure. It should be fine.

Read the label and nutritional facts. I don't like canned soup but It can be so bad, I guess.

yes it is salty, but you can water it down and eat half of the soup in the can.

well it is overall good but tends to be salty like most soups. perhaps they carry a low-salt version.

like all canned soup it contains lots of sodium. homemade soup is better...make your own stock
