Yes, and if your avatar is correct, you may be damaging your hair as well. You might want to get some balm and a do-rag to protect your hair as you sleep. It will help strengthen your hair and your scalp will be less flaky.

NO NO NO NO NO. I wash my hair everyday. I never have flakes. The cause is when you don`t drink enough water, or, when there's cold weather, or, you don`t shower enough. Just buy a shampoo that have moisture and also to condition then everything will work out fine. trust me.

yeah It just causes dry scalp not dandruff. Use a good conditioner.

i dont know but i have tried everything for my dandruff and it will not go away . im thinking its something more than that!!!! i do know that hot water dosent help it any!

yes because the more often you wash it the more dry your scalp will become...they have shampoo's that they say can be used everyday'but what they say and do'are different things,,,,,,,,
