Gastro enteritis is quite a serious condition, and it may be that you are still getting over that, or it could be another condition related to that.
I agree with some of the posts you had which simply say DOCTOR! Get an appointment and go asap!
Try the NHS site link below, even if you're not in the UK this may help, but I still think you should go to the Doctors.
All the best.

Hi..I think the GI things can last a while, but you could also have allergies and you could just be getting sick again. Just because you got sick once doesn't mean you won't get it again. This happened to me the last couple of years but this year I have not been sick at all (even though I have three young kids at home who always have a cold). I think the two things I have been doing different are: I have been vigilant about hand washing and using antibacterial lotion. If someone even coughs near me I will put the lotion on my hands. I have also been getting my allergies in check, using a prescription nasal spray. My allergies always made me very achy and nauseaus, symptoms that are not typical. The other thing is, could you pregnant? just a thought, hope this helps!

I would assume that if you had gastrointerestis than you were throwing up alot. This can kill the beneficial bacteria in your intestines and can cause things like leaky gut syndrome which prevents nutrients from being utilized by your body. This is why your always tired; no matter what you eat you still aren't getting enough nutrients. Try to eat as much dark leafy greens as possible to help boost your immune system. You should take good quality probiotics(go to a health food store and ask, they'll know what it is), and sip on pure aloe vera juice throughout the day for a week or two to heal your gut. Also you can take L-glutamine capsules along with the aloe vera juice to heal your gut.

If you had gastroenteritis, you may have eaten something bad. Take time to rest and let your body catch up. Don't use antibacterial gels, soaps or lotions because your immune system is already low and these will make you get sick more often by killing off even the good germs. Get yourself some pedialyte and SIP it slowly. Lay down and rest before it turns into something serious. And see a doctor just in case. It may be a bacterial infection of some kind.

Change your diet and your lifestyle. You need to eat more fresh vegetables raw in salads and stir-fried in extra virgin olive oil or steamed. Eat more fresh fruits and drink organic fruit juices. Cut out as much red meat as possible. Add a lot of garlic and organic cayenne powder to your meals. This cleans you out and starts to rebuild your internal organs and boost your immune system. Walk. Walk at least two miles every day after school or work. And more importantly, start to enjoy life more, with its ups and downs. Look at things with humor and you will find at the end of thirty days you are more alive than you have ever been. Enjoy!

try to eat yogurt to replace the natural bacteria in your gut that you lost when you were treated for gastroenteritis. Other than the yogurt take only clear liquids for 24 hours. You should start feeling better. If not, then you may still have gastroenteritis or perhaps an inflammatory bowel problem and need further treatment.

in general to keep from getting sick as often you should probably work on strengthening your immune system. Taking vitamins, eating and drinking things high in vitamin C and E, and regular exercise will help.
For Immediate results, however, I'd recommend just sucking it up and going to a doctor.

take vitamins, eat healthy, no fast food, cut out sugar, sodas etc, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit. try these natural things before going to the doctor and getting a prescription, natural is always beter, otherwise,....see a doc and tell them whats happening. pizza and tacos are like the worst things you can eat to stay heathy... meat, potatoes or rice, and veggies.... the simpler the better. good luck

It sounds like you are pregnant but it could be something else. How old are you? Is the nausea your most problem? I would talk to your doctor after you take a preg test.

Are you pregnant? I would want to rule that out first. Also, are you taking care of yourself with proper nutrition and exercise? Are you more stressed out than usual? I know whenever I get really stressed out, I immediately get sick. Your best bet would be to talk to your doctor.
Take care.
