Do you think past champion Bobby LaBonte still has what it takes to win a race again or possibly even be a contender for another championship?

Yes he still dose have it. I think Bobby will win a cuple of races this year. He almost won a cuple last season but something went wrong with his cars.

Bobby must have taken the "Terry LaBonte-Holier That Thou" approach to racing and got booted. I doubt that he will be a serious contender again. There are way too many young drivers willing to let it all hang out without getting a manicure before the race. Bobby wants to drive with respect and be respected. Try cashing that at the bank.

Yes i think Bobby still has it, like any driver has not been able to win some, but dont count anyone out just yet... They including Boddy might doing something amazing lol.... But the anwers is yes he did last year... a fan since i was born... 1981

he's still a great driver but he doesn't have some of the resources other teams have. he's got Evernham and they are building a new race shop so he may win a race soon. he led a couple races last year but either blew up or got caught up in pit strategy and lost

He still got it! I feel sketchy if he'll win another championship. He might win a race this seaon (pocono). Petty motors always blow up & he don't have alot of team members like other drivers.

yes hes not got the equipment he needs to win but hopefully that will change with the people pettys brought in to help work on the cars

I guess anything is possible.I feel he is washed up and it would not really matter who his sponsor was or what type of car he had.
