What is the best acne topical medicine you have used? and how much is it?

My topical medicine is Retin-A-Microgel and we got it for 164.99 at walgreens lol

so i have SUPER bad acne... and the best thing i have used is proactive... and that still is not that good. retin-a and differin were not very effective for me. however, everyone's skin reacts differently to different treatments.
