truck toppers?

Would a truck topper on 2004 1500 Laramie pkg Dodge short bed pick up fit a 2000 Ford 250 Diesel short bed?

Not perfectly, but if you are going for the Beverly Hillbillies look, it should do. Actually most truck caps made in the past ten years are truck specific because of the fit between the cap and the cab. You may be lucky to find one that is the same length and width, but it is the back angle of the cab that is hardest to match.
