Get to know her, ask her if she wants to hang out sometime..and then if you think she likes you back, then ask her out on a real date.

Figure out if she is flirting with you. Does she try and touch you? Does she look interested? Have you talked to her? Get her attention. Walk by her and introduce yourself and from there ask her out if you like her. Hi, you are very cute. Would you mind if I called you sometime? Easy...If she's interested she will give you her digits. Or hi, I'd love to take you out to dinner sometime..Can I have your number?

Sit or walk behind her and cut a piece of her hair off. Then go home and put it in a pot of boiling water. Then pray to Allah and hope he gives you 12 virgins in heaven.
OR...
Shave your head and give her the hair clipping and say "I thought of you while i was doing this." That should work
