OMG! Believe me, it is ok!!! You are 13. My parents didn't allow me to officially date til I was 16. Now looking back, I thank them for that! You will get your time, just don't fret over it!

i was 16 when i had my first kiss. i was always too nervous. Dont rush it. it will come when you least expect it.
