Do you really need one? Just find a quick romantic moment when you two are alone, then snuggle up close to him, look him in the eyes with a sly smile (grab his chin gently and turn his head if need be), then move closer,close your eyes and pucker up. He'll get the idea. And it's a lot more romantic than a card or poem that says "Kiss me".

i dont know if you really need a poem.. maybe you could just kinda hint him in by watching a movie thats a mixture of a comedy and love story and maybe hell realize that its about time to take the first step..
