yes......I have.............. it wasn't bad at all - "like chicken" Actually you cook it just like you would cook a chicken. I would only try it if the peerson that is cookin git knows what they are doing.....don't be scared to ask questions about their technique & how they learned to cook it. I learned from my ex-mother inlaw. She was a old southern tobacco farmer in her younger days.

Yes my wife has fried rabbit and roasted it too. Good. ry it in ,mustard sauce.
