Just wash your face good couple times a day. Use a pimple cream if you want. DO NOT pop them. They can leave scars forever. At least don't pop them on your face.

Buy a bottle of Eucalyptus oil. It is natural and will dry out your pimple.

Apply this to your pimple after cleansing your face, continue this until it has dried up and cleared.

Eucalyptus oil is also good for mosiquito bites and cuts.

While your waiting for your pimples to clear DO NOT wear any make up as this will suffocate the pores and will cause a bigger break-out.

DO NOT SQUEEZE THE PIMPLE!!

You should also start a skin care regime. Depending on your skin type and age you should get a cleanser, toner and moisteriser.

Do this every morning and night and once a week you should apply a face mask.

Hope it helps

Regards
Amanda

Well first of all, pimples occur to mostly people who have oily skin, meaning that your skin will break out really easily. I too have had a problem with pimple breakouts. Just when I thought that they were clearing up, another one would come! Anyways, here is what I do as my everyday routine that will clear your pimples up Guaranteed! TRUST ME! First I to wash my face with Clean&Clear Oil Free Foaming Facial Cleanser. Then, rub some honey and lemon (mixed together) on my face. It may sound weird, but it works because honey is a natural pimple cleanser and so is lemon. Then after about 3-5 minutes, rinse your face. Then follow up by running the sink with warm water with vinegar in it and spash it on your face all over. Pat it dry and follow up with some Clean&Clear Oil-Free Dual Action Moisturizer. You will see improvements within 2 weeks. Do this three times a day.

Tips: Don't touch your face because it causes breakouts

Everything that you put on your face should be OIL-FREE!!

If you have acne and not just a pimple or two you could try a pentothenic acid supplement. Fancy name for vitamin b-5. You'd have to take 10 grams a day, about 20 pills. There aren't supposed to be any side effects other than more frequent bathroom breaks, diherea and gas if you take them on an empty stomach. You should also take a multi-vitamin to protect against vitamin defiecenty. I spelled that wrong but i hope you know what i'm talking about. I haven't personally tried it yet but I'm going to I can tell you how it goes if you would like. I should get the pills monday. you can go to www.vilantae.com they have b5 pills for sale and facts it. Its 40 dollars for 400 pills. and if it doesn't work for you, you can get your money back plus 50 dollars. There's a catch, you have to get 3 bottles (60 days worth). I know 20 pills a day seems like a lot it is but it won't harm you. the extra vitamin comes out through you urine. If you get diherrea reduce the amout of pills you take. Once again if you want to see how its going for me just let me know you can message me. I'm realy tired so there are probably billions of typos and other grammatical errors (big word) haha but good luck

While you're in the shower, wash your face with a facial cleanser preferably soap-free cleanser. Rinse, then leave for about 30 seconds, use your fingertips apply a little pressure and start exfoliating in circular motion. Fingertips are coarse enough to exfoliate but fine enough not to damage your skin. Do this every 2-3 days, but do use the cleanser on a daily basis.
After exfoliation, just pad dry your skin, immediately and I mean immediately (the hairdryer and or leave-in hair conditioner can wait!) apply your moisturiser (anything with triclosan, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide* or hydrogen peroxide^).
*Benzoyl peroxide aides absorption of oxygen to the top layer of your skin (oxygenation). Benzoyl peroxide help lifts dead skin cells, by using your fingertips to exfoliate you allow beautiful younger skin to surface however, more sensitive so avoid too much sun exposure. Benzoyl peroxide also kills the germs that cause pimples.
^Hydrogen peroxide is an alternative to Benzoyl peroxide and has the same function in skincare. Skin care with Hydrogen peroxide often contain no more than 3% of Hydrogen peroxide in their product. One additional advantage Hydrogen peroxide has is that with longterm usage facial hair will become lighter (if you don't already know, higher concentration of Hydrogen peroxide are often use as hair bleach in hair salons as an alternative to Ammonia).
Remember, to always use mild dosage first when it comes to using treatment cream, starting with high concentration or too strong a product will burn your skin and make matters worse. Don't be shy, make use of the testers in the store, discreetly remove the top layer and use the bottom layer (which would be fresh - and probably "more hygenic") or just hygenically use the tester so others can use it too. Then, only make the purchase if there's no redness/allergic reactions. I know this means that you'll have to visit the store twice but at least you don't end up with another unwanted jar of cream in your bathroom/fridge.

On a different note, when outdoor, always use sunscreen to protect your skin from premature aging and worse...skin cancer!

Cleanse your face morning and night with a good cleanser (Purpose Soap, Phisoderm - are two effective and inexpensive products), follow up with an OIL FREE moisturizer, and Persagel 10. The persagel is zit miracle in a tube! You can get it at Wal-Mart, very inexpensive, works like a charm.

Consistent daily skin care will help you get rid of pimples and prevent them in the future.

Dab some toothpaste on the pimples, leave it on overnight, and wash it off in the morning. This dries out the pimple and reduces redness. It's cheap and it works!
