Well Dude, how the heck are ya?!! I'll tell you what. I went through this rotten scenario. My wife of almost 20 yrs. and mother to my 3 children decided one fine day that she wanted this other fella instead of me. As a little time went by the children decided they no longer wanted to live with their mother but instead would rather live with dad. [That would be me] I have 1 daughter who just does'nt have the heart to leave her mother but every spare second she has she comes to her father.[That would be me] You talk about justice, the ex is no longer with that fella because it turns out he is a true phsycotic and was robbing her blind. Last I knew the idiot was homeless, his 21 yr. old son won't speak to him and the rest of his family has disowned him. It's really kind of sad. I on the otherhand have found a beautiful woman who actually loves me for me!!! My kids all adore her. So, they say men are pigs. If that be the case ,then what does something like this make women? They are more often full blown affairs as opposed to just a fling. The only time a women will say 'it was just a fling' is when they get caught!!

I'm not so sure there's a differencce! Once done, not undone. I am a woman who has ended up w/ bottom of the barrell men. Oh, so true. One broke my neck, I have a metal plate and 6 screws. Only 2 yrs. later, they just told me I need surgery again. My childrens' father of 13 yrs. marriage left us high and dry for cocaine, never looked back. Not to this day! They were 7. They'll be 26 in 2 mo. I couldn't do it. Not to either one of the pigs. I don't have it in me. My morals are higher than that! At least I could walk away and say NO WAY! not my fault, didn't drag myself to their level. I'll never understand, when someone is having problems, I wanted SPACE!! Not consulation from some other PIG, that if you have 1/2 a brain you will clearly see wants a way different kind of "lunch"!! oh, sorry, I am female, just will not give my identity on computor. uh-oh, guess I did and did not aanswer the question. Much to my embarassment being a woman myself...ALL OF THE TIME!!! It's totally disguisting and VERY hard for me to keep my mouth shut and not call them the nasty @#@@# that they most certainly are! No one should ever have any respect for them! If they can't be trusted in that way....why would you trust them any other way?!

Not as often as men, one was just a fling and one was an affair.

The rest of the stories I heard were men just having flings with younger women.

Its so sick for a faithful person as I to see that, but it does happen and not only in the workplace. It will be a fling or an affair until they get caught by their significant other or if they just simply lose interest and move to the next person.

Too many times to count. Most of the time they are affairs and not one night flings. When is an affair proper? Or did I misunderstand the question?

Well for me it went from a fling, to a proper affair. Never ever ever sh** where you eat. It doesn't work out for the better.

All the time. Flings, that is. Is there such a thing as a proper affair?

My husband had an affair with a married woman at work [catholic too], and it lasted about 3 months, in which time I found out about it and was out of the door, with the kids, within 1 week of me leaving he changed the locks, that was nice of him. the rest is history.
