How can I get decoration on my CD-Rs?

Is there a softwhere package that you buy so you can print out labels for your CDs? My friend has all her CD's done like this, with her name printed on it and the track listing. I assume they are printable... Is it just special paper or.....

Labels are availabel at Staples or Office Max. They sell kits that center the lable and have software for printing labels

I decorate mine with a magic marker.
