Is it 0.02%? I read that if the BAC is 0.05% or more it will result in compulsory arrest and jail. What about 0.03 or 0.04?

Also let me remind you in that in most states the legal alcohol concentraions for any body under 21 is 0.01. Be carefull even driving after taking some medicines beacuse some have alchol in them. The cops wont care if you say its from a medicine, beacuse it is over the legal limit so be careful

The definition of intoxication is .08% in all 50 states now, I believe. That doesn't mean you wont be considered "under the influence" with a lower level, though. Best to play it safe and stay stone sober if driving.

not sure about New York, but Indiana's is .08. your best bet is not to drink and drive at all.
