If God and Satan exist, wouldn't Satan answer all prayers just to screw things up?

I could totally see Satan trying to do that to screw things up. I mean Satan can imitate a lot of things...except for peace.

Satan doesn't have the ability to know what is in your heart, Just puts up "road blocks"
