Hey my boss always tell me about very personal things of her..
i am scared of her...pls help me!!!!

Get invited to her house on some pretext and check her home-front.

Is she married, are you married?
It is not easy to find a new job and then again you may end up in the same situation. But keep your eyes open and find another job if you are afraid of her.
PS:
It is an unique situation, personal things like what? She may be a show off or she has her eye on you if you have a unattached friend then introduce her to him.

It is sexual harassment. Get a copy of your company's sexual harassment policy then go to her boss and be very discrete. Or even better, go to a lawyer and get very rich.

what really scares me the business world is this sexual harrassment cases. You can get away with anything. I think you should tell her that it is affecting your work or search for another job.

nothing to get scared of as far as she is telling her personal things n not sharing her personal things.....try to judge her actions and not her behaviour.....it mite be that she is finding a frend in u n u mite n going beyond thoughts
