I usually sterilize a needle and drain them. Then apply an antibiotic on a regular basis. Aloe extract will help them to heal faster.

You are right that you should never pop blisters. If I were you I would give tomorrow miss or you will make them worse. Question is, why have you got these blisters? Is it because your shoes and boots do not fit? As for the fingers, that is sure sign of gripping with your hands and on the reins. Gripping transfers itsef to the horse's mouth and is uncomfortable for him too! I doubt they will be better by Wednesday but if you soak your hands and feet in warm water and a good couple of handfuls of salt, dry them well and then wipe surgical spirits on them twice a day it will help to toughen up your skin. Continue this even after they are healed, at least once a week. If you are still sore on Tuesday you could always ring up and ask for a lunge lesson which can profitably spent riding without stirrups or reins to improve your seat, balance and position, and then you will not have lost out!

If by "the back of both my feet" you mean the heels, don't pop them. Cover them with bandaids and allow them to heal on their own.

ONE WAY - LET THEM HEAL. NEVER PEEL SKIN BACK. USE A NEEDLE TO POP A SMALL HOLE (DESINFECTED OF COURSE) AND LEAVE THE SKIN ALONE. IT WILL HEAL BY ITSELF. THE SKIN ACTS AS A NATURAL "PROTECTOR" OF THE BRUISED AREA. BUT, A CRUCIAL STEP IS TO PROTECT IT. WEAR SHOES THAT DO NOT MAKE IT WORSE, AND IF YOU MUST WEAR "THAT OTHER SHOE" - ALWAYS BEAR BANDAIDS OVER IT. HEAVY THICK ONES THAT IS.. HAPPY FEET!!!
