Okay here's who I am the one to question God.

I am the one he gave free will in order to come to him on my own. I can't do this unless I question his existence, and his motives, and his love. If He wanted me to be a mindless sheep, he would have made me a mindless sheep. Instead I am an independant, intelligent being with the ability to question God.

Unfortunately, he's never answered me.....never.

I hope that answers the question I (and many others) have got countless times. Now maybe you can actually answer the questions on here.

Funny thing. I have questioned Him, and I have received answers from Him.

He has never answered you because you are "an independant, intelligent being with the ability to question God." Congratulations! =]

God only appears to people through mistaking their consciences for divine inspiration- through Wish-Fulfillment. The only time god has ever appeared to me was when I was extremely insecure, and having nervous breakdowns. When I became a more stable person by realising I was screwed up with emotional difficulty and letting go of it, god "stopped" answering me. I continued attending church, and it seemed so alien, almost brainwashing. I started making my own decisions and thinking things through, and realised that my "God" was just my own delusion.

because you are a stable, forward thinking person, "god" has never appeared to you, because he doesn't exist! You just can't bring yourself to believe in him, no matter how hard you try, because you know it's wrong. You can't place your faith and become a sheep by willpower, you'll always have doubts, and rightly so, because your confident in your own judgement.

if you want to talk with god, I suggest emotional turmoil through long distance relationships, and mind altering drugs. That should give your subconcious the appropriate kick

actually!!! It became some thing extra formal, yet I used to search for suggestion from from Him regardless of the reason and because I kept ahead to my own ambition and needs, at the same time as He gave me avertisements I kept none and did my way going into further and further trubles! Into an end, interior a deep depresion, He kept my life (!!!) the very second I left away of all my deep needs... There, empty heart, i became packed with God's ordinary and Peace and Love - an entire New life, a clean body, a clean innovative and prescient over the past and the destiny :) :) :) sure, he's my Saviour!!!

If you believe that man has the capability to look to God for salvation, something the Bible does not at all support, then yes, you're correct. Go ahead, question the Almighty, all He can do is sit on the sidelines hoping and wringing his hands, begging you to come to Him. And tossing you into Hell at the end of your days. He does this sadly, I'm sure, He doesn't want to, but He's bound by His own justice. Really, really bad theology, wouldn't you say?

The irony of your question is that it is truly the God (or image of God) in you that is making you seek answers to these questions. People who question everything eventually acquire great knowledge, far ahead of those who just believe everything thrown at them. And where God is concerned, I assure you that you are better off as a know-er than a believer.

When your desire for truth is genuine, you may start getting answers from all sources including unexpected ones like yourself: through your dreams and intuitions. God does in fact talk to us, but in a gentle and subtle manner that does not threaten us, through everything around us.

Assuming for just a brief moment that there is an all-powerful conscious creative force in the universe, I believe that people with the ability to stand by their convictions would be highly prized by that entity even if it meant they denied it's existence.

Agreed. He also gave you the ability to feed yourself. Do you sit at the table each day waiting for God to spoon feed you. Go study for yourself and you will find the answers.

God will never answer a non-believer...that is why it is called faith...you have to believe in Him before He will answer any of you stupid questions about His existence...I can tell you one thing, you would not be here if it were not for Him...

He will never answer because he's not real. It's in your head. Once you start questioning it you'll see it all falls apart and that's OK. Life with out Jesus and God is great!!! Please give it a try I promise you'll feel better soon!!!
