Yes! They were married, and their marriage would have been unhealthy without any sexual contact. There is nowhere in the Bible that says she stayed a virgin after Jesus was born. It says that they waited 'until the child was born' before having sex.
Plus Jesus had 4 brothers and at least 2 sisters!! Most likely Mary and Joseph had them the "traditional" way, after Jesus was born. LOL

Yes they did, after Jesus was born.
Jesus had step brothers and sisters.
Here are the scriptures:
Mat 13:55 "Is not this the carpenter's son? Is not His mother called Mary, and His brothers, James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?
Mat 13:56 "And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this man get all these things?"
Mark 6:3 "Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James, and Joses, and Judas, and Simon? Are not His sisters here with us?" And they took offense at Him.
These are the two main scriptures saying that Jesus had brothers and sisters. There are quite a few others.

Mary and Joseph had other children after Jesus, of course they did it the old fashioned way without divine intervention.
Marriage by the way involves raising a family, if you believe sex is the foremost reason for marriage you have a very partial and biased view of it.
Sexual intercourse is practiced everywhere without the benefit of being married. Maybe your hormones are rampant that could acount for such a dorky question.

Mary turned right into a perpetual Virgin. Joseph became older and would were married earlier, would have even had toddlers earlier marrying Mary. yet Mary became ever-Virgin, this became thoroughly commonplace by theologians at the same time as a lot as and jointly with Luther and Calvin. the idea that Mary and Joseph had youthful ones is an particularly new heresy. (interior the finest 500 years)

No they did not. They were married virtually before they even moved in together. The Jewish betrothal was a contract that was basically a marriage. The actually ceremony took place right before the consummation (not them but in a Jewish wedding in general) but, they were considered married before the angel of the Lord (Gabriel) even appeared to Mary. This is why it says he was willing to privately divorce her before they were ever married. She was much like the Ark of the Covenant in Josephs eyes. An angel told him in a dream what was up with Mary and after that would you consider sex? No -- he knew very well, the story of the Ark of the Covenant and what happened to people who touched it. He also knew the story of Esther and how she was given into the care of the King's eunuchs. He was in awe of her and he cared for her and Jesus deeply, but this idea that they hopped in the sack as soon as she had Jesus is just asinine. This world today just loves to push sex all the time down every-ones throats. It is one of the reasons we are rapidly heading for destruction.

It would have been a dysfunctional marriage if they did not. And that's exactly what the Roman Catholics say happened. "Blessed Mary, ever virgin."
And they talk about the blessedness of family life. Joseph got saddled with a frigid wife & Jesus grew up to rome the countryside with 12 guys, not earning a living.
Talk about the definition of poor functioning.

Mary is the "Ark of the New Covenant".
Go to the Old Testament and see what happened to anyone who even touched the first Ark, and you'll have your answer.
St. Joseph is a humble servant of God and a good husband to Mary, just not in a sexual way.

YES, they did indeed. Simon was one of their son's. They didn't just get married to have intercourse either. Joseph was commanded by God to marry Mary.

Seriously, you might want to use your powers for good. Get over it, you don't like Christianity, many of us don't. You are obviously WAY to smart to not move on. Unless you are a high school kid. In which case, Great Job! Can't wait to see what you come up with in College. If you ARE in College, we expect more from your creative side. Seriously, start researching and writing a book on your stuff.
