I have to do a semester long project with this guy, and hes real cute, and nice, and i get the single vibe from him. The semester just started and i dont know what move to make, or what. Something cool and casual, like a bite of pizza, but im kinda shy...HELP

Been there done that. Just take your time. Have pizza. or a tutor session together. Remember you have the whole semester with him so don't jump into anything real quick. Just sit back and relax and drop subtle hints that you are into him.
Also another trick is to totally ignore him and wear really hot clothes and keep really busy. that will make him want to spend more time with you. Hooking up with someone makes it very difficult to concentrate on your studies especially when you are in the same class. Good luck and I hope that everything works for you. Just take your time.

Look into the project if you can, find some things that you think he could or would like explaining, then ask if he would like to meet somewhere for pizza or something to discuss the project, then bring up the things you looked into.
Get to know him, but remember lots of guys have a one track mind (not all but lots)

If you think he likes you, don't do any move yet. Guys are weird sometimes they like to get what they can't, if he sees that you like him he will wait for you to do all the moves, I can tell you this by experience, you never win if you nice they act like jerks and if you a jerk they nice to you. Just wait until he does the first move and probably he invite you somewhere, then you can feel better to invite him or ask him if he wants to go for pizza or ice cream.....

start a convo w/ him first about the project or anything, and just get w/ a group of friends and ask him and just make it a group thing that way he u can show that he's interested, but it won't feel awkward since you hardly know each other "Just be like me and friends are going to grab a bite to you and were wondering if you'd like to join us"

just talk to him. have a casual conversation. don't think about whether he likes you or not just go with the flow. you'll feel more comfortable and maybe he'll get a good vibe from you.

Find a common point that each of you share and just have causal conversation. if you think of him as just a friend at first the possibilities of him becoming more than a friend is more likely in the end!

You're a girl, he's a guy. Any move you make on him will be well received if he isn't attached/gay. Guys LOVE when a girl makes the first move, he'll make all the moves there after.
