You should just try to get on the dog's good side. Or you could always just "lock" yourself in a room where your sister's dog cant get at you.
Good Luck!! :)

Your sister's dog is either aggressive all around or is biting you because it's provoked by excitement. Either way the dog thinks it's in charge and needs a serious wake up call. Tell your sister to be a responsible pet owner and to fix the problem. If it were me, I would make the dog submit to me by rolling it on it's back. No hitting or yelling will help. Then, make your sister's dog submit to your dog, in the same fashion and if you can use your dogs paw to rub the other dog once she's calm. That way she will relate being submissive to your dog to getting a rubdown.

Are these dogs in the same house? You didn't say. If not and you are bringing your dog into your sister's house, her dog may be jealous, territorial, etc. Stop bringing your dog over there.
