I like the last one, because it seems the least cliche. Everyone has butterflies and fairies, do you really want the same tattoo everyone else has? Tribal tattoos are pretty cliche too. I am of the belief that if one is going to get something placed on their body for the rest of eternity, it should be something they feel a strong, personal attatchment to. Something spiritule to them, so to speak.
When I got my first tattoo, I went for something really simple I knew I would always love, a small flower. I am passionate about gardening and flowers, so I knew I'd be okay with it forever. Also, I thought of a flower as more of a classic, rather than a trendy cliche. Since getting that tattoo, however, I have found it very suitable to go with a flower/plant theme with every tattoo I get.
Are you planning on getting more tattoos someday? Would you like to go with a general theme, and would these images tie in with one? Do you have a meaningful connection to any of these images? These are questions I would be asking myself if I were you. I just got my fourth tattoo, and I am very happy with the direction the art on my body has taken so far.

I don't really like any of them and especially not the dragon. For your first tattoo make sure it is something you really want and won't regret. Make it something that is meaningful and original to you, have your artist draw something for you so it is totally unique, all of those pictures are really stereotypical and cartoonish I think you would regret them. Put more thought into it and you will be happier years from now.
Happy early birthday!!!

I'm not overly thrilled with any of them, but I think its because they don't seem personal and unique. They also aren't going on my body... You should get a tattoo that is personal and meaningful and one of a kind, drawn just for you.
Those ideas are fine, but since they are very standard style images, they may be easily regretted later because they don't hold high personal value. I wish you luck and happy birthday in advance.
Just take your time deciding on what to get, just because you are going to be old enough doesn't mean you have to go out and get a tattoo right away.

Hi..
Happy 18th Birthday :)
The dragon looks a bit boyish to me, and the butterfly is too common so I guess the fairy would be the best choice..

Theyre all easily workable designs but be SURE you will still be happy with them several years down the line. Don't just jump on the "cool" thing because you're young and being given the oportunity. If you've thought long and hard about it and decided that one of these is EXACTLY what you want on your skin for the rest o your life then you've obviously taken all the pros and cons into consideration. Its your tattoo, you need to choose which you want.

Depends on where you get the tattoo. Remember that they are permanent (unless you want to PAINFULLY get them removed). Someday you'll be old and not shaped the way you are now. Today's butterfly, dragon, or fairy is tomorrow's jiggly blob, drunk vulture, or bag lady with wings.
Good luck!

I think they're not very original; do you really think you're not ever going to be sick of seeing a cliche butterfly, or fairy everywhere you go? Try to make it more about who you are or what is important to you, don't get it just cause you think its cool, that is what keeps the lasering companies in business.

if those are the kinds of tattoos you like then by all means get one or all of them. however know that many people probably already have those same exact tattoos. i'm not big on flash tattoos or generic designs. i would never get any of those tattoos.
i chose to go to a custom tattoo artist and get something that impresses me. check out my artist and you can see some of the possibilities of what a tattoo can be with the right artist.

The first one probably looks the best of the three (the fairy) but be careful where you get it, in case you need to be able to cover it up for work or something.
Unless you don't care.
