I believe that the Bible is infallible. If you look in most dictionaries, you won't find the word inerrant. The Bible was written by men as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.(2nd Peter1:21) All Scripture is given by inspiration of God (2Tim.3:16)

Yes the Bible was not only written by man it was devised from stories handed down over the ages word from mouth repeated and revised sometimes for centuries. Have you ever did the little experiment in school having nothing to do with religion Where ten people stand in a circle. One makes a statement passes it on verbally around the circle until it gets back to the original and it is completely changed. Sometimes for the better I'll grant you but different than the original. That is your Bible.

The original OT was written in Hebrew.

The NT in Greek and Aramaic.

Translating the Bible in English has been difficult, since the English language is structured differently.

Grammar
English declension
English plural
English verb conjugation
Initial-stress-derived noun
Present progressive tense

Inclusive language follows the principles of gender-neutral language and extends them to other areas of language, such as referring neither to adults nor children when discussing a person whose age cannot otherwise be determined.

One should understand written English and not rely on translations word for word, phrase for phrase, etc.

I can not believe that the bible is the word of god because my beliefs, plus man had a hand in everything that was put in the bible. Constantine I wanted to reestablish religion and basically threatened if a bishop did not show they would be killed. Afterward they gathered all of the books together and decided which ones would be allowed and would not be.

i believe that the Bible is God's truth, and has truthful events in it. recording correctly all that God wanted to express concerning His laws and promises - which included the coming and purpose of sending His son Jesus.
it also is truthful in recording everything that people said and did, whether good or bad.

the Bible being written by men is different than men thinking it all up and compiling what they thought into a book.
