when teaching someone to putt? I have played golf for 17years but want to make sure that I do not leave anything out.

The following seem to be the 4 basic fundamentals of putting every good putter uses:

1. Take a deep breath and let it go before you make your stroke.

2. Mentally visualize the line and, in your practice stroke, physically feel the speed with which you'll need to hit the ball to take that imaginary line.

3. Keep your head and body steady before, during, and after impact.

4. Keep your left wrist firm throughout the stroke.

If you write your demo speech using these 4 important points as the outline of your discussion, you can't go wrong. Good Luck!
