Ok well me and my friend DO have a bet cause my friend thinks its NOT considered making out unless you use tounge. i think otherwise. and my first "makeout" [ or kiss-depending on the aswer 2 my question ] i DIDNT use tounge. and weve been arguing over it for a month now. so yeah i need HELP!

First of all, grow up everyone. You don't have to use tongue at all. Kissing is a means of a show of affection. That's it. Therefore, if the kiss has meaning, then it's all good no matter how you kissed.
Even if it's small pecks of the lips, as long as the two people are emotionally satisfied from the meaning of the kiss, it's all and well.
Is it okay to use tongue. Sure, if you want to. Do you have to use tongue. No. It's not a game. There is no right and wrong way of doing it. Just go with what's natural.
