My friend neither one of these since states dont matter organic brands do...Californian cheese's slogan be the Happier cows.

Neither one be great since neither are organic. Sorry but you'll have to choose another subject to compare if one be best. Only organic brands not states have delicious quality cheeses ! And anywhere with fresh air and water of course.

I live in WI and the cheese here is the best in the states
have been to CA and their cheese isn't very good

as to why i really don't know why either

my guess is they mass produce their cheese in CA and here in WI they still take their time
