My pug is fixed, can this be reversed. It's a girl.

When a dog is spayed, the vet conducts a complete hysterectomy, which means her uterus and ovaries are removed. This is unlike the human "fixing" when a woman's fallopian tubes are closed. No, I'm afraid it cannot be reversed.
