if I made the choice to wear a shirt that showed a lot of cleavage, then i would not get mad at a guy for looking. however, if I wore a shirt that didn't show a lot of cleavage and guys were working to look down my shirt, I would be annoyed.

They wear it because they can...they have a high self esteem and confidence in themselves that the best way to show it to the world is through cleavage to get a man's attention so that they actually have time to look at the rest of the lady whom which that cleavage belongs too. Its the Initial look that counts but if you keep refering to them all the time..she will get mad.
Besides it is her right to wear what ever she wishes that make her comfortable.

Depends on the shirt and amount of cleavage. A nice thin white shirt without a bra is hot, but a black one isn't as hot as a lot of cleave. Nipples for $400 Alex.

it depends on how long u look. plus i think it's funny 2 wear a low cut shirt 2 get back at ALL my exs. some girls wear low cut shirts b/c they r a lot more comfortable.
