Paul was also jealous with a holy jealousy for the Corinthian church. Jealousy is not a sin. Envy is a sin.
Suspicion in a marriage is not good. But you can be jealous without being suspicious.
For instance, I am jealous about my wife. That means I will not, absolutely not, share her with anyone. And she is jealous about me in the same way. To be otherwise would be disgusting, wouldn't it?
In the same way, God is jealous about us, he does not want to share us with the devil, or with sin.

God is a jealous God, yes indeed. He wants us to love Him and no other God. It is really for our own good, because He loves us the best and cares for us. Jealousy in this sense is not envy or something malicious, rather it is a loving gesture towards us and us back to God. He deserves our love.

Thou shalt have no other Gods before me. Yes, you could say he is jealous in that respect. I don't think being "jealous" in itsself is a sin-it is what you do with jealousy that can make a sin.

It means He wants the praise and glory for HIMSELF which is valid since He created all humanity and everything humanity uses stands on etc. He means He doesn't want us making idols (false gods) to worship.

Godly jealousy is not the same as human jealousy.

God is jealous for his name, for true worship, etc. He expects exclusive devotion. His jealousy is righteous.

God demands our worship of Him alone....

He has every right to be a jealous God in that sense.

God is not jealous, otherwise how could He create beautiful earth, and leave it for us?

If this is a trick question, I give up.

Jealousy is not a sin in the bible. Covetness is a sin. It does not say that 'thou shalt not be jealous' it says 'thou shalt not covet'
