No there is not.
The reason there aren't any is that in order to "test out" your power supply, your motherboard would have to have those features built in.
If it doesn't then there is no software that will do it for you.
What problem are you having that makes you suspect your power supply is faulty?

There are a few sites that have programs that allow you to monitor the voltage your power supply is putting out, but there are none that can really just test the power supply itself.
Generally, if the computer turns on, the power supply works. If you get a bunch of errors it could be voltage variances and those would be shown by the programs that detect the voltage.

I dont think you will have much luck finding one. There is no way for someone to check out the actual circuits in your system online. If you are having troubles, state your problem and you might find some help.
