For one definatley no longer... If some thing you should maintain your hair as much as help it grow. But when pulled up never put your hair in a tight ponytail it stresses the hair out alot. The reason you should keep your hair up is considering that when your hair is down it rubs for your shoulders and in case your hair is down and touches your shoulder.Even as it rubs for your clothing it explanations it to interrupt off. Also you may wish to calm down with the flat iron. The warmness harm brought on by using the iron slows down the developing system. Deep conditioning your hair at the least twice a week helps develop your hair too. But there is nothing mistaken with doing it as so much as you wish to have. Rather of using the flat iron and dangerous your hair more also are trying the naturally curly look. If your hair is of course straight, follow moose by way of your hair then tie it up in essentially the most ****** up wild bun possible. DONT TANGLE IT! Observe a thin layer of sprits. Then sleep with the bun. Whenever you wake up in the mourning comb your hair down with a wide tooth comb. It would look so traditional i like this appear. Hope i helped

That same exact thing happened to me. I used to wear my hair up ALL THE TIME because i hated it. for lots of different people, it's different.. with my hair, my hair tends to fall out a lot when i wear it up so much. (like in the shower LOTS of my hair falls out. it can get kinda freaky.) and it's deffinitely not healthy to leave your hair up all the time (i learned that the hard way.) so it doesn't COMPLETELY make it stop growing, it just takes a little longer because it's not as healthy as it would be if you left it down.
haha.. hope i helped a little!
also, for different people it's all different.
some people's hair grows REALLY fast, and some people's hair grows realyl slow. so you never know.

Of course not!!! A pony tail actually just adds more weight to the hair, causing it to grow out faster!!!

Well it depends on the type of hair you have, but I reccommend you not wear it in a pony tail all the time . This causes breakage , espeacially if you use a rubberband.
