Pentecostal describes many branches: church of God, Apostolic, Assembly of God, etc. Each of these teach differently.

Being Apostolic, I can tell you we believe Jesus IS God manifest in the flesh. We baptize in Jesus Name. We believe in the infilling of the Holy Ghost as evidenced by speaking in tongues.
We believe in worship: raising hands, jumping, running, dancing, shouting as the Spirit leads. We also believe in living a holy lifestyle. The women wear skirts, don't cut their hair, no make-up, etc.

Pentecostal churches believe in the baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT with the evidence of speaking in tongues...the apostolic churches that I know of are oneness Pentecostals, meaning that they do not believe in a FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT as 3 distinct personalities. They believe that in actuality JESUS is the only personality in the GOD HEAD and that the FATHER and HOLY SPIRIT are manifestations of JESUS. Hope this helps.
