depends. if you are his friend..then it would be easier. but if hes not..then you should get to know him more..and if he gets to know the real you then maybe he'll like you too!!

the boy is supposed to ask the girl out so u should flirt with him and do thing to show that u like him and if he likes u too then heell ask u out. if that doesnt work than ask some of your friends that are friends with him to investigate but not make it so obvious and if your friends dont kno him than after a while just go up to him and tell him that if he will go out with you

I would say that, in general, most guys are willing to just go out at least once with most females. If I was you I would just ask, who cares what he has to say right? Or another answer is you ask him out the same way males have asked you out.
