Plus I had a wittness but they said that , that person was bias to me. My girls are begging me to help them again and I don't know how to help them or who to turn too.

KC V ,
Yes you where right about the charges that came against me. I was charge with that. My daughter had a bruise when I picked her up from her fathers but she would not tell me how she got it. I had firgure it was from falling down. When her Father got her back, it took him 3 days until he made her get the story straight , that I had done it. I understand why she did it because of the scare tacks he would give me. Now my daugther said they need my help. She said she would tell the truth now what had happened. But, I told her I don't see that would make a difference. I don't think I can help them anymore. I told them they need to go to their teacher. They tell me they are scare too because if they go back to him, which has happened they will get a bigger beating, and I know him and they will.

You neglect to mention the type of abuse, however, obtaining proof or evidence of the crime can be what gets the attention in the right places. Photographs or written statements of witnesses such as school teachers, clergy, or neighbors carries more weight!

You have the right to file a police report! Understand, however, that providing UNfactual information in a police report puts you at risk of being prosecuted for false information, therefore, like Jack Webb said "just the facts, maam!"

If you obtain no assistance from Social Services or the police....contact an attorney who can certainly help you push your case with a bit of "legaleze" to catch the attention of those who don't wish to respond to your needs.

Best wishes!

First, contact the police department's internal affairs if you think an officer is being unfair to you. Next, contact the state troopers for your state and if that doesn't work try to get in touch with the FBI. A little tip: your witness will be biased for you, whether you like it or not and their testimony is just hearsay. Do what you can to get real proof (tape recorder, video recorder, etc...). Another place you can go to get help is local TV and radio and try to get your case publicized.
