OO i know EXCATLY what you mean. I am assuming you are pretty young, because that is a main issue in younger people. Probably early teens? Well anyways.. Yeah you should be bold and make the first move and make him think you are daring and not so shy, im sure it will work.. ask him out or maybe even give him a kiss!

Well, as long as he's not married or seriously committed to the other girl, he's available. But, just because you think he likes someone else, it doesn't mean he won't like you better if you give him a chance to know you. Find out what you both have in common and ask him to join you doing something you both like. Get to know him as a friend first.... no pressure. Guys like that. And just see how it goes. In any relationship, there's always a chance someone will have "feelings" for another boy or girl. Don't be fearful. Just be yourself and be happy and fun to be around. Take it slow. You'll never know what might develop unless you take that first step.

You wrote that you know he likes you, but you also wrote that you know he likes someone else too. Confusing but since you both shy,ask him to go see a movie you both are wanting to see. Don't say the word Date, just whille you tooo are talking mention the movie and then say 'hey do you want to see it together?"
If you go during the day hours it will feel less like a 'date' and you will be more relaxed and so will he. Hope this helps.

Alright, you like him, he likes you, but he also likes someone else. What is he? A player? Or is he just acting on lust.
He's a waste of your time. You already know that he "likes" more than one person at a time. If you were to go out with him, what would stop him from cheating on you? Nothing. You already knew it was going to happen.
Forget it. He's not worth it. He reminds of the guy who just likes a whole bunch of people and then goes out with the first person that chooses him. Man of convenience.

Being a guy myself, if he's what I think he is you should do something he'll never forget. Something that would make him love you to god's end. You never know what a well thought out gift can do to a relationship. He might still have some feelings for the other girl, however, he'll probably have more for you, and they'll continue to grow 'cause love fuels love.

This sounds somewhat confusing. First you say that he likes you and you like him, then you say that he likes someone else and if you went out with him then he may still have feelings for this other person. My advise to you is for you to leave him alone until he makes up his mind as to whether he likes you or the other person. It is too complicated for you to involve yourself with at this point.

Do what you feel like doing. Don't let anything stand in your way. If you like him and WANT him..then DO it!! Be agressive but not too agressive. Tell him what you want and maybe/ hopefully he'll tell you the same. Don't be too forward or anything just be you. Pretend he is just one of the"girlfriends"or just a regular boy-friend that you can talk to. Boys, what do they know. Good Luck though :)

Well if you like him you have to tell him. Best way is either by email, letter, or phone. If he likes someone else then just get to know him don't fall head over hills with him.

if u like him than you should get over the shyness and ask him out and if he likes the other girl than tell him if he is commited to being yours and not changing to the other girl because he likes her too. but over the time you are with him he will start to like u even more than the other girl sooner or later he will start loving you.

u should make the move if u positively know he likes u!! i mean whats there to lose. u get a cute guy and ur happy!! but if he does get too caught up in the other gilr he's interested in then he's not worth it..whats the point of him not being interested in u!!
