You can't speak biblically about abortion as the ideal of incest and rape has changed in the last 2000 years. During the time of the old testament it was perfectly fine to and acceptable to sleep with first cousins, which is now considered incest. Rape of a fellow man (meaning a jew at the time) was wrong, but those not of the religion were not afforded the same value. This is proved by the number of slaves that were used sexually in the bible.
