tahst too fats its imposibble but this might help.
Stay away from potatoe,fried food,sweets,pasta,too much rice,bread,anything that is in high carbs and too much colories. DO exercize like dancing belly dancing or salsa or anything that makes you shake it. for about 20-30 min a day 4x a week. Or any cardio for 30 min. Drink lots of water.

Just eat chicken, fish, vegetables (not potatoes), fruit, nuts (handful per day) brown rice and drink water, water and more water. Cut out tea and coffee, green tea is nice with no milk. Some people will probably think this is drastic but it definately works.

Eat right....exercise....and try a diet patch (I hate pills so this is a ton easier). Go to www.dietpatchbargains. They have the hoodia patch (I'd swear by it) for cheaper than you'll find elsewhere.

dont eat fat...lots of water..no beer,no cheese,gabage soup is a good one,,but the best one is the cambridge diet..its not cheep but does work,i lost a stone in a week..

thats lots of weight in a short period of time, not healthy! Eat low fat foods three meals a day, lots of exercise, and plenty of water.

drink 1 quart of water for every 50lbs every day-this helps your body flush all kinds of stuff - stored water, wast, toxins...
you can easily have up to 10 lbs of water retention weight and even up to 10lbs of wast...eeew!
p.s. you drink more to flush more, otherwise your body is storing it becuz it doesn't get enough coming in in the first place
