Chopped sirloin is usually used in hamburger casseroles or to make hamburgers on the grill. Actually the uses for chopped sirloin are endless.
If you mean sirloin steaks that are still in steak form, then they are good marinated then grilled or broiled.
Here in the south we smother them with onions and make a killer gravy to serve over rice or potatoes.

Either chicken fry them. Mix egg and little milk together...dip the steaks in the mixture and then roll in flour/salt/pepper mixture. Place vegetable oil in a skillet..heat and then fry the steaks. Or you can bake or broil them in the oven. Saute some onion and mushrooms. And put this on top when the steaks are done.
There are many recipes out there but these are my favorite ways to make them.

Charcoal Grill. Start out with it on a piece of foil (spray with pam first) to keep it from falling between the grill wires, and when it can hold together, move it off the foil. don't put any sauces on it. pure unadulterated meat.
