Go back to nature. Get some Manuka honey and put it on every day (cover after applying!). Your wound will heal very quickly. If you want to take it one step further you can put a dark green piece of cabbage leaf over the honey before covering the wound. It sounds strange but I can personally vouch for its effectiveness!

Nonhealing chronic wounds are a challenge to the patient, the health care professional, and the health care system. They significantly impair the quality of life for millions of people in the United States. Intensive treatment is required and imparts an enormous burden on society in terms of lost productivity and health care dollars. Therefore, the study of healing chronic wounds is vitally important.
Wound healing is a dynamic pathway that optimally leads to restoration of tissue integrity and function. A chronic wound results when the normal reparative process is interrupted. By understanding the biology of wound healing, the physician can optimize the tissue environment in which the wound is present. This article describes these mechanisms, a physiologic basis for wound management based on these processes, and the application of management strategies of common chronic wounds.
Healing pathways are set into motion at the moment of wounding. Wound healing is the result of the accumulation of processes, including coagulation, inflammation, ground substance and matrix synthesis, angiogenesis, fibroplasia, epithelialization, wound contraction, and remodeling (see Image 1). These complex, overlapping processes are best organized into 3 phases of healing: the inflammatory phase, the proliferative phase, and the maturation phase.

An Australian product Called Lucas Paw Paw Ointment (.35% fermented cacacia papaya)
(red Jar)
this will do the trick in 2 weeks to 1 month guaranteed (depending on the wounds size & depth)
You definitely have a type of fungal or necrotic skin problem by the sound of it which this ointment is just perfect for (among many other things)
otherwise you might have some kind of blood system disorder or immuno deiciencey which the doc's haven't picked up on
(in which case I can"t hel U)

i used to heal stuborn wounds from leg or arm by washing with clean ocean water few hours, and dry with the sun. In couple days, wound can heal quickly because sea water has a lot of minerals and sodium. Also, for thousands years, Chinese folk doctors often apply dozens of dried and scary centipedes and cover with band-aid to heal very large wound over night or within 2 days like magic. Consult with their pharmacists when using these medical creatures.

If you have been going to the same doctor I would try a different one.
You have probably already tried this. Was the initial problem an alergic reaction or an infection? I also know that their are hospital clinics that specialize in this area. We have one here locally I heard about it on the radio. Good luck and hang in there.

You need to get your doctor working on this. If your PS cannot or will not help you you need to go to your family doctor and inform them of the problem.
I am so sorry you are having issues like this. It should be a time to enjoy your newbies!

You do need a wound specialist and perhaps a hospital stay with IV antibiotics

This fasting program is drastic, but I've seen it work. Try "The Master Cleanse" written by Stanley Burroughs. You can buy the small yellow booklet from a health food store or online. It descibes a process where your body is cleansed of toxins and allows your body to use its energy to heal the body.
