About your thyroid testing...was it done in the morning? A TSH always should be done first thing in the morning when its at its highest point. Another thing.....what was the TSH? Chances are if its over a 2.0 your thyroid gland is slowing down.
If you get retested, have a TSH, Free T4, Free T3, and an antibody test. You may want to be tested for anemia and diabetes or insulin resistance, as they can cause fatigue to. Have a fasting insulin and fasting gluclose to test for insulin resistance/diabetes

It could be so many things. I have M.S. and narcolepsy, both of which cause exhaustion. I've also had anemia.
Don't give up trying to find the answer, but do ask for blood tests for anemia or other blood-related imbalances. If you don't get answers, try a sleep clinic. It could be something as simple as poor sleep, sleep apnea or, in my case, narcolepsy.
You'd be amazed at how many medical personnel know next to nothing about this condition. I was told it was my imagination, I stay up too late, drink too much caffeine, I 'm lazy, etc. Fortunately, my own doctor didn't believe that and sent me to a sleep clinic and got the answer necessary to help me. I take medication and the exhaustion is manageable, most of the time.
Best of luck & don't get discouraged. An answer will come.

I am not sure if this could be it or not, but this is a problem that I also had. I went to the docter and they kept testing me for things trying to figure out what was wrong. They finally found out that it was because I have an iron deficiency anemia.
This information might help you....
What are the Symptoms of Iron Deficiency Anemia?
There are many symptoms of anemia. Each individual will not experience all the symptoms and if the anemia is mild, the symptoms may not be noticeable. Some of the symptoms are: Pale skin color, fatigue, irritability, dizziness, weakness, shortness of breath, sore tongue, brittle nails, decreased appetite (especially in children), headache - frontal.
It is something you could talk to your doctor about. Mine gave me pills to take, and if I miss a pill, I can really tell.
I hope this helps you. Good luck!

I was having a similar problem and they found my potassium was low, so I've been taking potassium every day for a while and I am feeling better. I also added vitamin B-12 that I take daily. That is supposed to boost the energy level and I think, with the two together, it is working. Check out relaxation through hypnosis which you can do yourself if you learn how, and learn how to completely relax for about 30 minutes each day. You'd be surprised at how doing that will help you feel better.

PCOS is commonly misdiagnosed! It may be a pituitary problem. See an endocrinologist and get labs of growth hormone (IGF-1), morning cortisol, and repro hormones (testosterone and estrogen). Any of those being low can cause fatigue. Good luck.
