I find that girls sometimes pretend to love someone because they want to feel loved themselves. I think that some girls think that if they go through the motions of loving someone then they will have those feelings returned.

I don't think girls pretend, but are naive about what love actually is. Most women fall in love with the idea of being in love and the two get confused. It's fairytale mentality.

most of the time girls pretend thinking that if they pretend they love you then you will give them that love back, girls are high maintennce we like to feel loved and wanted at all times

Guys do it more.Most of the time we may feel that if we lie to them it keeps them from getting hurt.When all it really does is makes things more painful

u think we pretend............. i dont think so. maybe we just really like that some1 but we are afraid that they dont like us sooooooooooooo, some of us kinda let it go
