Thats pretty amazing if you actually did that. Taking into consideration that the 400 and High Jump are usally happeing at the same time. To be able to run a 48.3 and then come back and jump 6'8" is unbelievable. When did you do this as this is good enough to be the number one runner and the number 2 jumper on most D1 college teams. Heck, you should have been a decathlete. You would have scored a ton of points in those two events alone.
P.S. My best 400 was in the 52-51 range and high jump was 6'-4".

You are either State champion or a finalist in your state, or you are lying.
That 400 time would win many state finals, and so would the high jump mark.

I did 400m in 20 sec in my car once. and I jumped from the empire state building so it should like a 1000 feet

im 5' 2 and had 63secs on 400m, dont do high jump. prolly you kno why.
