If it is just a mirror any junk yard would sell you one for fifteen bucks or less. At least that is my experience with older cars just needing minor parts like that.

If it is just missing the glas go by a glass shop they have precut mirris for just about any regualr model.
If you need the housing it is real easy to change. Go to a jusk yard as there are menya Escorts there.
You might go to Certifit.com and see if they have the housing also.
