the spayed animal is the female, and the neutered animal is the male.

If the female is spayed there is no way she can birth a litter, but however if the male is recently neutered he can father a litter within a few weeks, the sperm stay in the vas deferens. This is also true with other animals.

No, for one of the following reasons:

1) "Spaded" sound like he got hit over the head with a shovel and is probably dead

2) "Spayed" dogs are female, and females cannot father anything whether spayed or not

3) Neutered/castrated male dogs no longer produce sperm, so they cannot reproduce.

A male dog would be neutered and no, he would not be able to create puppies. They CAN (and will occasionally), however, mate with a female dog, the female will simply not get pregnant.

first, male dogs are not spayed; only female dogs are spayed. second, no, itis extremely unlikely that this is a possibility. the chances are a 1000 to 1. the testicles are removed completley, and the sperm generating organs with them.
third, why?
fourth, did your vet tell you that your MALE dog was SPAYED? uh-oh. ask him/her about it. if he/she still tells you that the MALE dog was SPAYED, then get another vet. this one is confused: would you like a doctor who was going to conduct brain surgery on you to tell you that the opperation was called a lobotomy?eeeks!
