I'm trying to find frozen dinners that are good in calories and fat that I can eat when I get home from school. Any ideas?

Forget frozen dinners, they're loaded with chemicals and sugars, Eat some eggs, whole grains, fruit, salad, lean meats or cottage cheese, nuts, beans- real foods.
