I am canning home-made salsa for my wedding favors, but canning jars seem so expensive. Where can I find 150 quality canning jars and how much will they cost?

I have seen them at Wal-Mart, I have to think they have to be cheaper there than at most stores. Sorry I don't know the price.

look in the classifieds for an estate auction in a rural area. If it was an old farm, you can bet the farmers wife canned everything. They will probably have all the jars in boxes and auction off the whole lot as one bid.

Big Lots ,Family Dollar ,and Dollar General. Not sure how much ,these stores are really cheap.If they have them in the area you live in.
