I can say I become depressed. This way I loose many opportunities and can not stay stable on a business decision. Also I am not able to make decisions , I am undecicive man. by the way I am 52 years old. Please advise if I shall see a doctor or any medical herbs or how can I solve this problem. Thanks

See your doctor soon. There is medication for this. You don't need to suffer anymore. Get help.

Sounds to me that you are Bi Polar. I am the same. The doctor put me on depakote and seroquel to help me sleep. After I started taking these meds (and they got the right level in my system) I noticed a big change in my attitude and mood. You can go see a doctor and gets medicine for Bi Polar. I'm not sure about in your area but they have Mental health clinics where I live and you can see the doctor for nothing or small fee. Depending on ur income, and if you are self employed maybe they can help you out if you don't have insurance. Good Luck, I know from experience that it is rough dealing w/ someone with BI Polar. it almost ended my marriage. :)

I take a mood stabilizer and an anti depressant. I find that it helps the severity of my symptoms but does not totally eliminate them. I would most definately discuss this with your regular physician and maybe he/she can recommend a physc doctor for you to have a consultation. How long have you been experiencing these symptoms? Sometimes they can be attributed to situational and sometimes chemical. Mental issues are very complicated and in my opinion you should consult with a professional. Good luck to you.

It seems that you are happier being a follower and not a leader/commander. They say it is because of birth order or long relationships with people who have been bossing you around.

Solution- find a boss. a soulmate who is happiest telling you what to do since you are happiest being told what to do.

We all find what we need and want. Im sure most women will be happiest when they are in the position of telling you what to do next. Avoid the clinging vines and the wet noodles. Good luck.

You are bipolar my friend. You will need to get counseling first to see if you can develop ways to recognize and cope with your mood swings. As a last resort, you may need medication.
