Rick Hendrick, ask anyone that has ever driven for him before. Even if they go to another team they never bad mouth him. He is not afraid to do what it takes to make his teams competitive. He will hire the best people available and give them the tools they need to be successful. I've never heard anybody that's been associated with him speak poorly of him, his team or his character. He consistently puts winners on the track and is not afraid to take chances on people he feels can contribute. Even when they lost a lot of good people on that plane crash, especially their chief engine builder, they filled the holes and didn't miss a beat.

Rick Hendrick. He was the first owner to put 3 drivers together. Everybody thought he was crazy but now look at him. Jeff Gordon gave him 4 championships, Terry Labonte 2, and Jimmie Johnson 1.

Oh man! This ones easy!

The Petty Family. Although they haven't won much the last 15 years.... look at what Kyle and the family have done off the track during the last 7 years. Victory Junction, the annual bike ride, and I'll bet no other driver makes as many personal appearances as Kyle does!

And with some really good personnel changes the last few years, I look for Petty Enterprises to keep getting stronger.

rick hendrick. and here is why. couple years ago people were talking bout how the 25, 5 and the cars that use hendrick equipment were getting junk while the 24 and 48 were getting the best stuff rick took nine engines to a test and the difference in best and worst in power was only 2 HP difference. and this was comparing the top grade to middle and low grade. martin nearly won the 500 in rick hendrick equipment.
