I eat and eat and eat when im stressed or worried and I tend to gain weight which I absolutely hate.
What can I do to calm myself down and distract myself from food?

Actually, exercise is the best stress-relief method around. It doesn't have to be a full-blown workout, but a brisk walk for 20-30 minutes a day will help your body get rid of the toxins that stress creates, and give your mind time to work thru the problems causing the stress.

you can sleep or go exercising. but you should reduce or get rid off the cause of your stress and worries

if you dont have time for neither, then maybe a movie? Reading? be with friends?
